Patrick has arranged for a large variety of different artists both in a live capacity and in the studio.

Artists that Patrick has arranged for include Chaka Khan, Christina Aguilera, Jamie Woon, JP Cooper, Hamish Stuart, Jim Mullen, Si Cranstoun as well as many artists on labels such as Sony, Polydor, Warner Music, Columbia and Universal. In 2014 Patrick was the horn arranger and trombonist for the Official Gracelands European tour of ‘Elvis On Stage’. which featured a 16 piece band alongside Elvis’ original voice.
Since 2016 Patrick has been the horn arranger and trombonist for the new band ‘360’. This band compromises of three of the original members of the legendary funk band ‘Average White Band’; Hamish Stuart, Molly Duncan and Steve Ferrone.
